As Listeur, we operate listeur.com and its subdomains, as well as mobile apps for iOS and Android Devices.
How we use your data
The sole purpose of collecting your personal and/or company information is to be able to associate the services we provide with your company and user profile in our online portal and mobile apps, as well as to perform identity authentication with the payment gateways we use to charge you for services. We use the contact information you give us primarily for transactional messages, ie reminders, confirmations etc. and from time to time, promotional messages about our services. Such promotional messages can be unsubscribed from at any time upon clicking the opt-out link put inside our communications.
How long we retain your data
We will retain your data as long as needed for the purpose of driving business and providing transactional updates. Once the business relationship between Listeur and your entity is terminated, we will remove your data from our servers. Because you could be a returning customer, or could refrain from using our services while still intending to do so in the future, we consider the business relationship has ended when you have not logged in into any of our apps/platforms for 1 year.
What rights you have over your data
The data you provide us with, is accessible in your user profile section and can be updated at any point in time of the business relationship. Transactional messages created during the Lifecyle of the business relationship, will retain the data as it was at the point in time when the transaction was performed.
Where we send your data
We only send your data to payment gateways for the purpose of payment processing, for services rendered to your entity
Media
The media you upload to our websites and apps, is used for the sole purpose of broadcasting your Ad content on our advertisement network(s). Once services rendered are over, your media will not be actively used and may remain on our servers for an unspecified period of time, depending on storage/bandwidth, and until termination of the business relationship. It will be then fully removed, similar to your personal/entity information as per the “How long we retain your data” section
Cookies
Listeur doesn’t create nor use cookies to track and analyze your behavior for marketing purposes. We only may leverage your user session information for ease of navigation when you come back to our websites or apps. We also use your session IP to make sure your user experienced is localized according to your IP location
